Wrong domain is displaying on my account

After building up my web and putting up my two postings, my new registered domain http://livingharmonyondemand.com/ is no longer attached to my account. Suddenly it was replaced by https://veronikaprieloznaconsultingg.wordpress.com/ try on link from a few years ago…..How can I do necessary changes to put my active register domain link back to my account and get rid of old non active link? Can someday help me here? Thanks.

Hi @vprielozna, are you still having trouble? http://livingharmonyondemand.com/ brings up the correct site for me. I’m wondering if there’s a problem with your browser cache. Try closing the browser completely then opening it again. Let us know if you still need help!

Thank you for your reply. I am loosing my hope on reattaching my new blog to my account. Yes, I closed browser, clear all cache, even reset my new password…no help anywhere. I cancelled my no active link….to clear it out…no help. I am setting here, looking at my new web and have no tool to get to dashboard……I think it happened once my new domain was activated…..from WordPress. com to my doman.com ( I even paid for this mass!)….who knows? Any help will be appreciated. Thanks, Velda.

Yes, this is my lost blog from my account. I can still see in online …. I just sent email to recovery my new domain. I have a Visa statement that i paid for it….etc….there was some maintenance work done on Sept. 15….it might have something to do with this sudden disappearing…not sure what to do next to claim my ownership???

Can you log in and respond using the account you use to renew the domain? That would help us so we can see the correct information.
Also, what happens when you bring livingharmonyondemand.com up in another browser, like Chrome in an incognito window? Do you see the correct site there?

all my activity on wordpress, even this conversation is via my primary blog soulharmonyondemand. com which is self hosted by Go Daddy using WordPress theme; my livingharmonyondemand.com ( was set as a free blog with paid domain) was attached to my only one account. (vprielozna username).
I don’t know what you what me to write more….guide me and I will do it!I opened Internet Explorer and my new blog, livingharmonyon demand.com was shown beautifully there….as I observed, right now.

Hi, okay. I’m glad to hear it’s working in Internet Explorer for you. This means something is cached still in Firefox. If clearing the cache using these steps did not work, you might consider resetting Firefox.

OK, I might did not expressed myself clearly. Firefox works as good as Explorer for me; meaning, I can see my blog on the screen ( as a an observer) but I can not see it attached to my account and work on it as a creator, so I can not do any changes etc….at this point, where I am I am considering to contact Visa Card and investigate my investment of buying my domain which is not attached to my account, so product is not useful for me….I have no other options, nobody here to help….thanks for trying. ~V~

Ahh, I understand now. The site loads fine but you aren’t seeing it in your account.
This is because livingharmonyondemand.com is indeed under a different account, with a different email address. Think about the email addresses you might use for that account. You’ll want to log out of this user and log in as the other.
