Wrong domain name mapped to WordPress

  • Unknown's avatar

    Hi there!

I made a genuine error and paid for google business email on the name studio111translation.com not realising that that is not a domain I can map too, I thought that would be a site server too but it seems it is just an email domain! So now when I try to go to my mapped site it shows this:

    Google
    404. That’s an error.

The requested URL / was not found on this server. That’s all we know.

I would like to change to studio111translations.com (with an s at the end) or if the original name is actually a website domain and not just an email by google then how do I make it work please?

I do not want to be charged for the mapping in a genuine mistake! Help would be massively appreciated!

    Thank you,
    Georgi

    Hi Georgi,

Is studio111translations.com a domain that you already own or is it something that you’d like to purchase?

Let us know and we’ll see what we can do!

    Hi,

I bought google mail for work and so have email domain for (email visible only to moderators and staff) but I don’t think that is the website domain?

I have paid for mapping of the domain of studio111translation.com. If in fact if the google mail I have is not a website domain, then I have wrongly mapped it! What do you suggest?

    Thank you for your help

    Georgi

I’m going to go ahead and send you an email so that we can discuss this in private rather than on a public forum (since it has to do with billing items). Please check your email address on file in a few minutes and you should see an email from me.
