Wrong domain name purchased Linked to my other site?

    1. I have now submitted 2 tkts with no response. What does it take to get a response, how does tech support reply (email, carrier pigeon), and how long does it usually take?

    2. I realized today that the url I purchased Thursday was supposed to be a .org, not a .com. I’ve not done anything with it, other than pay. If I’d received a timely response, it would have been within my 2 days. What now? I’m having logos designed on fiver with .org….this MUST get fixed ASAP!

    3. Why is this new url even listed under my other url? Why does it not have its own section? Is it because I haven’t activated yet?

    And now the WRONG domain just got registered without anyone acknowledging my MULTIPLE requests to help me with this…what kind of crackerjack company is this?

    If it has been less than 48 hours you can go to wordpress.com/purchases and cancel your .com purchase and refund it if you are with in that 48 hour window.

    You can contact support at wordpress.com/help/contact to see if an exception can be made to refund your purchase or give you credits.

    To register the correct version go to wordpress.com/domain

    2. No Problem. Refunded.

    3. Somehow, you added that domain to your existing site rather than making a new site and adding the domain to it. It’s an easy problem to fix, so if it happens again, just post here and tell me the ______.wordpress.com URL of the site you want it to post to.
