Hello, thank you for your helpful e-mail. Please note that my e-mail in your file is old and incorrect. I am using a new e-mail for my WordPress blog site. It is: (email visible only to moderators and staff). Would you please delete the old (Yahoo) e-mail and from now on send your e-mails to this e-mail ((email visible only to moderators and staff))? I am excited about redesigning my site with your excellent new features!

You asked me change the e-mail manually, but when I try to do that I get the message that that address is already taken or in use.
I have sent several messages explaining the problem on help@wordpress.com during the last two days but have not received any response.

Please, please respond. I have been waiting for three days for this simple correction.

You definitely have two different account here, as you openned this thread under one account and then replied under another.
Because of that, it’s not possible to change the email address.
So, you’ll need to first unsubscribe from the emails sent (there is a Manage Subscriptions link at the bottom), then re-subscribe with the correct email address.

Unsubscribe links will only appear on subscription emails, i.e. emails where you’re receiving updates from blogs you follow.
If you’re speaking of account notifications, rather than subscription emails, those can’t be unsubscribed from.
If you want to use the email currently associated with the
chand39account, with theislamwestaccount instead, you’ll first need to change thechand39account to a different email. Only then will that address become available to use with yourislamwestaccount. -
Thank you, Kokkieh, for jumping in to help me. No, I am trying desperately to put in a new Premium subscription for an altogether different site. (I have canceled and got a reduced refund for my old subscription that went to the site you are talking about.) That site name for my current site: http://muslimjourney.com. And its e-mail: (email visible only to moderators and staff). Forget about the site you are talking about (muslimjourney.wordpress.com. And e-mail: (email visible only to moderators and staff). These are wrong).
I suspect, though, that your WordPress system has retained the site name and e-mail of my old site and does not, for some reason, give me the option to put in the information about my current site, described above. I don’t see that option on the subscription form.
Can you do me the big favor of putting in the subscription on my behalf? I will deposit the $96 to however and wherever you want me to.

So you’re trying to upgrade the site that’s currently at http://muslimjourney.com/?
That is not a WordPress.com site. That site uses the open source WordPress.org software at a different hosting provider, and has no connection at all to WordPress.com or any WordPress.com username account. So you won’t be able to purchase any WordPress.com upgrade for that site.
You can buy a Jetpack upgrade plan for that site, but to do that you’d first need to connect the site to your WordPress.com account using the Jetpack plugin.
Does that make sense? Please tell me if anything is still unclear :)
I do notice you bought a domain transfer for that domain on the site, muslimjourneydotcom.wordpress.com, and that was not cancelled along with your premium plan. You should be able to cancel that from My Site ->Manage ->Domains, but I can also remove that for you if you want. Just let me know.
