Signed up with the wrong email, made the address change, but still not getting the confirmation email to the new email address. Thanks!

Post both email address here please. The software will redact ie. HIDE the email addresses so only Staff can see them. And, I’ll tag this thread for a Staff follow-up. Please subscribe to the thread so you are notified when they respond and please be patient while waiting.

P.S. Please check in your email client spam/ junk mail filter as well as your “social” tab in Gmail, if you use it.

Hi there,
I checked our logs and we did send a confirmation email to the new email address you entered. If that email isn’t in your email’s spam/junk folder, can you please contact your email service provider for more help with this? It’s possible that they filtered out the confirmation email before it reached your inbox.
