WRONG EMAIL
-
Good evening, I have had a site for about a year and for a few months I have not been able to access it via my email. The hosting service confirms that the site is still my property, but the wp-admin page of the site no longer exists and if I try to access wordpress.com with that email it does not find any account. What can I do?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hello!
Thanks for reaching out—I’m happy to help you figure this out.
Just to confirm, the site you’re referring to is http://teatroeuphoria.com/, right? If so, it looks like your site is running on self-hosted WordPress (WordPress.org), not WordPress.com.
That would explain why you can’t access it via your email on WordPress.com.
To start, you can use this link to check who your hosting provider is. Since this is a self-hosted setup, the best way to fix the issue is to contact your hosting provider directly, as this isn’t something we can resolve from our end.
Also, here’s a helpful guide that explains the difference between WordPress.com vs WordPress.org, in case you’d like to understand more about the platforms.
If you’re thinking about moving your site to WordPress.com for easier management, You can refer to this article.
Let me know if you need help with any of the steps!
