wrong email address and now can’t get site emails

My administration email is wrong, I have tried all day to change it, but it won’t change the fucking email address. It also won’t send the validation email. I am getting close to a refund.

Yes I have tried to change it in the admin console and have this message:
If you change this, we will send you an email at your new address to confirm it. The new address will not become active until confirmed.
IT NEVER SENDS THE EMAIL AND NEVER CHANGES THE ADDRESS.

On what site are you working? The account you’re using to post here does not own any sites on WordPress.com, nor have you ever bought any paid upgrades from us.
If you’re using the open source WordPress software at another host, please ask for help from the WordPress.org community at https://wordpress.org/support/forums instead.
In that case it’s your installation of the WordPress software on your hosting provider’s server that is supposed to send that email, not us.
