Wrong email address at start up

Hi wordpress, I typed my email address incorrectly at start up and now I cannot activate the blog!!!
Blog is called mummyofthegeorge

I also had this problem. I made a typo when I initially input my email address. My email should be kscopeproject[dot]nyc[at]gmail[dot]com, not kscope[dot]nyc[at]gmail[dot]com.
I tried to “change the email address on my account,” but it wouldn’t let me make the change because I had never “confirmed my account” via the initial email address (which, like I said, wasn’t mine).
What can I do to fix this so that I can keep the domain name kaleidoscopeprojectnyc on WordPress?

PS I’m telling it to “notify me of followup posts via e-mail,” but please remember, my email on this account is not correct! I’ve stipulated the correct one above.

Every WordPress.COM blog has a sole owner. It is the person with the WordPress.COM username account who registered the blog under that username account and a single associated email address, and who is the original Admin of the blogs registered under that username account. You can create one gravatar for every username account that applies to all blogs registered under the same username account and email address.

None of this works. I have followed several threads and I have changed my email address but it doesn’t seem to register!
Hopefully someone can help me – I just want ti changed to (email visible only to moderators and staff) :) -

Hi there!
When you log in to your WP Admin Dashboard here: http://mummyofthegeorge.wordpress.com/wp-admin, do you get this prompt http://d.pr/i/hqOZ? If so, then you should be able to correct your address by clicking Send to another email address.
You can also change your email address in your Account Settings, or in your Personal Settings under Users → Personal Settings in your dashboard.

The e-mail you’re trying to change it to isn’t registered with another account, you should be able to update your account with it.

I get this message
There is a pending change of your email to (email visible only to moderators and staff). Please check your inbox for a confirmation link.However, above it says that the confirmation email was sent to the incorrect address that I typed and I never get an email to the correct address :(

Hi there,
Go to this page – https://wordpress.com/me/account – and type in the new email address there. An email will be sent to the new address with a link which you’ll need to click to confirm. Can you give that a try and let me know if you have any problems?

Ah, sorry I sent it to (email visible only to moderators and staff) because this is the one waiting for confirmation. Are you trying to change it to (email visible only to moderators and staff)? I’ve cancelled the pending change so you can type in the correct email address now. Go to:
