Wrong email address is stuck in my Gravitar/WordPress login

  Trying to update my photo in Gravitar for my WordPress web site, but the login verification sends a confirmation to the wrong email address. Since I am accessing Gravitar from the WP profile editor for my webmaster control panel, it should populate properly. But it doesn’t. Can anyone help me with this? Thank you.

  W wordpress.com account is a a gravtar account. They are one in the same thing.

  Are you referring to the email address for https://en.forums.wordpress.com/profile/dc42856 found here https://wordpress.com/me/account?

  Or are you referring to a different account?

  Hi there,

  What “login verification” are you speaking of? We don’t send an email when someone logs into an account to verify the login, and you don’t have two-factor authentication active on your account.

  Please look at the account settings page @timethief linked to above:

  https://wordpress.com/me/account/

  Is it the correct email address showing there? If so, that email address hasn’t been verified yet. You should be able to resend the verification link from that page, but if that fails let me know and I can help you do it manually.

  If that’s not the correct email, please update it on that page. That should send a new verification link to the new address.
