wrong email and can’t submit ticket

Today I bought a domain (elenagorman.com) and started to design a website (Elena Gorman – UX with Roots). But, when I’ve gone back to try and edit it later today, I haven’t been able to log in. I thought I’d bought the domain and set up the account with my email address (email visible only to moderators and staff) but when I try to log in, it says that it doesn’t recognise my email address. I also don’t seem to have any confirmation of the transaction for the domain. I don’t know whether I typed in the wrong email address by accident when setting up the account?
(I have a WordPress account for an old website that I made called Silken Blooms, that seems to be under my current email address, (email visible only to moderators and staff))
I’d really like to be able to access my new domain account ASAP, please. Thank you!
