Wrong email given at registration

I created a blog but during the registration process I accidentally entered an incorrect email address and thus was never able to activate that blog. I tried the account recovery form but don’t have some of the information so I could not submit it.
How can I change that email and get access to that username? -
There is a single email address that can be used on only one username account and not on any others, regardless of how many blogs are registered under that username account.
