wrong email on wordpress.org profile registration

  I just tried registering a new username ‘dsmart’ as a wordpress profile and put in the wrong email address. What should I do?

  WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate and have different log-ins http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  the same profile is used for both .org and .com

  It seems you saying you also have a https://en.forums.wordpress.com/profile/dsmart account here at WordPress.com with the same email address as the WordPress.org account and I don’t know how to help with that.

  btw you are totally right about separate logins, I simply forgot I registered both with the same username years ago.
