Wrong Email Used for Account Creation-Cannot Access or Delete, Subdomain Locked
-
I created and deleted my account. Shortly after, I created it again, but by mistake, I must have entered the wrong Gmail address. Even though I didn’t set a password, the account was created and I was signed in automatically. I made a subdomain and then realized the email address was wrong, so I deleted the account again.
There were two logged-in pages open. Only one page responded to the deletion, and I closed the other page without logging out. Immediately, I tried to create an account using the correct Gmail address, but it said that it was already associated with an existing account. However, when I tried to sign in, it said that the account had been deleted.
I have now restored the account so I can seek help. When I try to create the same subdomain, it says it’s already in use. This is very strange. My biggest concern is that there is an account I created but cannot access at all. Notification emails about deletion were received only once, when it was deleted the first time.
Could you please help me find and delete the wrong account? If possible, I would appreciate it if I could get my subdomain back. If you need the wrong email address I entered, I can provide it privately by email.

Hi @alee110310,
The WP.com policy is that when a site is deleted permanently you’ll never be able to re-use this subdomain again. But you can restore the site yourself here, or, recover your account with the wrong e-mail address here.
Please let us know if you need further help.
