Wrong featured image being displayed on mobile devices

    Hi, hope this is the right forum for this. I have a main ‘featured’ image for our website, however an old image displays on the mobile version. I can’t for the life of me figure out how to fix it. Closest I’ve found is under ‘Appearance_General_Headings’ where I can toggle between each version but have not found an option to ensure both are using the same image. Any help will be appreciated.

    On what site are you working? The account you’re using to post here does not own any sites on WordPress.com.

    If you’re using the open source WordPress software at another host, please ask for help from the WordPress.org community at https://wordpress.org/support/forums instead, or alternatively contact support for your specific theme, as it’s the theme that controls how your site appears on mobile.

    Thanks for the response, I’ll try the .org forum. To answer your question we have a wordpress site that was built by an agency and we recently moved to Ionos where we are hosting…..so I guess I’m not sure what it means to “own” a site on WordPress.
