Wrong (gravatar) avatar shown against comment

  The wrong avatar is showing up in Recent Comments. This is when a generated gravatar is showing even when the user has their own WP avatar.

  I have a multi-author blog and use the Recent Comments and Authors widgets. For one of my Authors (who is not new), her proper avatar shows up in Authors but a gravatar shows up against all her comments.
