Wrong images appear when clicked.

Hello, in my last post I posted a lot of pictures and when I click certain ones to view the full sized image different pictures appear than the one that I clicked. Some pictures display the correct image but for the majority they do not, and most will display the same wrong image. I have searched for a similar problem and have yet to find anything so I thought I would make this thread. Any help would be greaty appreciated. Thank you!

Hi there. It appears as if several of your images are linking to the wrong location and some of them are not linking anywhere.
Open your post in the post editor (Posts ->All Posts ->Edit). Click on each image and click the pencil icon. In the pop-up window, look for where it says “Link To” and make sure the option for Media File is selected. Update the image, and once you’ve checked all the images in the post, update the post. http://en.support.wordpress.com/images/image-settings/#attachment-display-settings
With the number of images you’re inserting in a single post you might want to consider using the image gallery instead. If you enable the gallery carousel under Settings ->Media in the dashboard and then insert your images via a gallery, if you click on any image in the post it will open a full-screen carousel users can use to view all the images in that gallery full-size. http://en.support.wordpress.com/images/gallery/

Thank you very much for the help! I tried editing the link locations like you said and they would change, but when I moved the pictures to reposition them it would just change back to the previous incorrect location. I took your word and just changed them all to galleries and this has been sufficient.

It’s strange that the links won’t stick. Maybe next time make sure they’re set to Media File as you insert the images. Maybe then it won’t happen.
I’m glad you tried the galleries. I had a quick look and to me it looks good, but in the end you need to be happy. If you need more help, don’t hesitate to ask.
