Wrong link shown in username

  When I comment on other peoples blogs the link it shows on my username when you click is linking to my old deleted blog not my new blog, I changed the link in gravatar and in my user profile but the problem still occurs is there any way to fix it?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  It even happens when you click my username (sms8incp) it takes you to my old blog: clubpenguincustomshop.wordpress.com not the blog I have right now.

  Users-> Personal Settings-> Account Details-> Website
