wrong link when i create forms drop down list

  wrong link
  When I create drop down or radio list, it takes me to an error page link:
  http://intuitivereikinow.files.wordpress.com/2013/08/calm-beach-wallpaper.jpg

  I can’t seem to properly set this up so that the drop down list or radio button action works.
  Please let me know what is wrong.

  Hi Tracy,

  After looking into your site, I found that the contact form was linked to that error page, so whenever you clicked anything it would go to that page. I have removed it and it is now working as it should!
