Wrong number format on "logged-out-homepage"

  I recently corrected a string in GlotPress which is shown on the homepage when you’re logged out. That’s when I came across the string (link)

  We welcome %s new sites every day. From small business sites, artist portfolios, and blogs, to giant media organizations like TIME and CNN.

  The number format in the variable seems to be wrong because on the german version of the “logged-out-homepage” the number still uses the comma as thousands seperator instead of the dot.

  As the comma is the decimal mark in german, the WordPress.com homepage currently states it welcomes “50” sites each day instead of the intended “50,000”.
