Wrong oayment

    I have been charged £60 for publishing my site and I didn’t want this. It must have been my mistake and if you read the blog you’ll see we are in no position. When advertised I saw that the first 12 months were free so why have I been charged £60? We can’t afford this. Please get back to me with help and a refund.

    When you carefully read our paid plans, you will see only the domain is free for the first year! But you still ave to pay for the hosting, that’s why you got billed.

    Hi Ian,

    We provide a full refund if you request cancellation within 14 days of payment, but in this case it appears you also disputed the charge with your bank, prior to contacting us.

    When you dispute a charge, you’re essentially accusing us of fraud, causing the payment to be frozen pending an investigation by our payment processor, and making it impossible for us to refund it. You can find more information here:

    We’re not able to help with disputed payments in the forums, but I see you also have a support ticket open with our billing support team. They’ll follow up with you via email to help get this resolved.
