Wrong pic showing up in FB link preview

  Hey
  We have multi writers for our blog their pics are on the left side of the blog each time. We post a snippet of the blog on FB. Sometimes we get the right pic from the WP and sometimes we don’t. How do we ensure we are going to get the right pic up in FB preview?

  FB says we need:

  <meta name=”title” content=”Article headline here” />
  <meta name=”description” content=”Article summary here” />
  <link rel=”image_src” href=”http://www.example.com” />

  in the page source
  I don’t see:

  <link rel=”image_src” href=”http://www.example.com” />

  in the source???

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
