Wrong plan/change domain name

    When I signed up, I signed up under the $0/plan and somehow I ended up getting charged $48 for a 12 mo. Its fine I don’t care now, however, I’ve been trying to contact someone about my domain name. I need to change it right away, I have had no response. I have now had this domain up for 2 mos. I have been able to do nothing with it until the name change. Could some one please contact me ASAP. I don’t like paying for things I’m unable to use, and I don’t like to have to chase down customer support.

    If you want Staff to investigate you must provide specifics.

    What is the URL of the domain?
    Which wordpress.COM plan did you purchase?
    Which wordpress.COM site did you purchase it for?

    Hi @ddclee4, I see no upgrades associated with your username. If it was under a different username, can you please log out and log back in as that user and post again here and we can then take a look at things for you.
