Wrong plan/change domain name

When I signed up, I signed up under the $0/plan and somehow I ended up getting charged $48 for a 12 mo. Its fine I don’t care now, however, I’ve been trying to contact someone about my domain name. I need to change it right away, I have had no response. I have now had this domain up for 2 mos. I have been able to do nothing with it until the name change. Could some one please contact me ASAP. I don’t like paying for things I’m unable to use, and I don’t like to have to chase down customer support.
