    What exactly did you purchase and where did you do it? The account you’re using to post here owns no upgrades on WordPress.com and the domain, healthybydesign.fit, is not registered with us or connected to any site on WordPress.com

    I do see several failed payment attempts on your account, but those were blocked by your bank. You’ll need to contact them to get help with that.

    The Gmail address you provided is connected to a completely different username account, but that account also does not own any WordPress.com upgrades.
