Wrong site

    I have two WordPress accounts, one is: laliinzambia.wordpress.com
    Other the other account is joint with bluehost and the web address is: https//:grassflyfoundation.com – this is the one that won’t let me upload any more photos. and it is not telling me that my space for media has finished unlike my laliinzambia WordPress account that is telling me I have used 2.98 GB out of 3.
    Why am I not able to upload photos on the grassflyfoundation account with bluehost?
