Wrong site linked to my name

Hi, it’s been brought to my attention that when I comment on another WordPress blog (I always comment by first signing into WordPress), and the person clicks on my name, they are sent to the wrong site. They are sent to a site that is not even mine! I confirmed this; it happens both when I’m signed in and not signed in. If I click on my picture, then I’m taken to my Gravatar page.
Under account settings, the primary site is set to http://langislife.wordpress.com, and as well my Web Address is set to that. However, the site that you get when you click on my name is http://languageislife.wordpress.com. How can I change that? And why is that the case?

I am trying to set up a wordpress account for the first time and when I go onto my page the title is SITE TITLE, I realize I must be able to change this but don’t know how, please help thank you

When you go into the settings for your blog, there should be a setting to customize the theme.
