Wrong site – Refund needed

  Good afternoon,

  I was trying to register sarahplanghans.com. I immediately canceled after I realized the wrong site was purchased (within 60 seconds), but was only refunded $70 of the $96. How do I get the full refund? I would like to register my new site, but not until I can get the full refund back. Can you please assist?

  I can help get this sorted and get that refund on the way. Can you tell me which domain you wanted to keep? There are 2 very similar ones on the account.

  Hi Liz,

  Thank-you for your assistance. I do not want to keep any of the ones I have currently. I was trying to purchase sarahplanghans.com, but do not believe I own that one currently. I did a few days ago, but released it and now would like to get it back… after my refund of course. :)

  sarahplanghans.com was cancelled from your account on December 20th. If you want to continue using this domain I’ll need to restore it, even if you don’t want to use it here. I can help you transfer it to another provider if that’s what you’re looking to do. Let me know.

  You also had sarahhplanghans.com registered to the account which was also cancelled. This version has a double – h –
