Wrong site registration, how can I fix that ???

3 days ago I try to buy a domain but Something went wrong . I activate another site in the same account and I notice that the second is working perfectly because I payd 18 $, from the first site were I have problem with DNS I pay only 13 $ , but is not my fault , I follow the same steps. Who can fix that ???

I fix all by myself before you answer me. First time my site was fashionshooting.com ,but during registration I found an error on my card, next day my domain was taken so I was in position to change the name in fashionshooting.co , wich is not what is suppose to be.
Now when I type fashionshooting.com I receive 2 messages :-1 if I want to buy my domain for 599 euro and …
2-they direct me to a virused page
