Wrong statistics
-
Hi,
I noticed since several days statistics of views on my blog are strange.
Almost everyday I see one visitor and 8 visits, always on the same pages and posts.I think it’s impossibile that someone is reading all days the same pages, and everytime exactly 8 times… so there could be an error.
Furthermore, a user put like on my new posts, but for some reason I can’t see his visit in stats (in the “posts and pages” box I don’t see views of the new post, but always the 8 visits I explained above)
If statistics don’t work, how can I check my blog usage by other users?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I’m experiencing similar. A few pages seem to get a weird # of hits despite no new posts in a few days.
In addition it seems to be recording my logged in views to my blog. That’s the only way I can account for it. It seems to be recording my views a day after I actually viewed them. I wasn’t sure, but I tested this with visits to very specific posts in the last 2 days. 24 hrs later both days they showed up in my stats as 1 visitor and 1 view to each.
The blog I’m mentioning is rightingme.blogspot.com

None at all. And it’s continuing so it isn’t something they fixed and just decided to ignore us on. I noticed on another post it should only happen when the blog is set to private. Mine is not. Just for giggles I tested it as private for a day to see if it made a difference. Nope. Still counting my own views.
