Hi @gilbertograndi, can you confirm which site you’re struggling with? I’ll take a look.
Also, note people can comment through the reader and what not, which may not count as a view unless they saw the whole article.

I think there’s a problem with the visitor count. I’ve gone several hours with a lot of views but no new visitors. I now have more search engine hits then visitors. The view count appears to be working properly.

@cbbrown3 I’m wondering if this is the issue you’re seeing. From our article about stats on WordPress.com:
You may also notice that your visitor count lags behind your views count. This is due to the way we process the numbers. Typically a view is reported within five minutes, while it can take up to two hours for new visitors to show up in your stats.

It appears that none of the views/visitors from Canada (maybe elsewhere too??) are appearing in my stats. I know of a couple people from Canada that read the blog daily yet they are not appearing in the stats.
Had this happen once before a year or so ago.

Not 100% sure. They it bookmarked so would be clicking on the site?? Sorry, not very techie.

They are clicking the site, viewing all the page, commenting or liking it and stats don’t sum it.
