Wrong Subscription Payment

    Hi, I purchased the personal plan last February. This morning I have been charged for another year of subscription. However, I cannot see any billing history or purchases in my current account (which is also my one and only account).

    I wanted to cancel the subscription but because of the same reason, I could not see that I had an active subscription. How can I see the billing or get a refund?

    When you bought a Personal Plan in February 2025, it’s normal you get charged again. You obviously have another account over here that got charged. Just check that billing at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/

    Thanks, but I am 100% percent sure I do not have another account.

    I purchased the plan for the purpose of the ONE domain that I use with my current account. I have tried searching for the billing but it forced me to enter dollars while I was charged £43.2 in pounds — has tried to convert but it says maximum number of searches reached…..
