Wrong template tagged in order – can I exchange?

  I purchased what I thought was the “Photography” premium template last week. I thought I ordered the Premium “Photography” template. I wanted to mimic a website I came across that used your services … (see website: http://mtsylvancoffeehouse.com/). I THINK it was based off the Premium “photography” template. Let me know if there is a better fit. Can I change to a Business Premium Blog & get credited for what I have already paid & upgrade to the right Blog?

  That blog is using a different theme but it’s somewhat similar to the ‘Photography’ theme.

  No, that does not help me.
  1) I need to know the correct theme of the Blog referenced above
  2) I need to know if I can get a credit of what I purchased toward the correct theme.
  3) I need to know how to accomplish this.

  The theme is called ‘Portfolio Press’: http://wptheming.com/2010/07/portfolio-theme/ . This theme is not available on WordPress.com, you can only install it on a self-hosted WordPress.org site.

  To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities.
