Wrong template used in page preview

  Unfortunately my wordpress installation is not using the page template which is set in the backend, when previewing the page (before publishing).

  I double checked the template and I found out that the page.php template is used instead.

  Why does this happen?

  As soon as I publish the page gets the correct template assigned…
  Any ideas?

  Hm.. maybe I have to post this in wordpress.org. If anyone has an idea I ll be glad ot hear it anyway
