  I bought blogger and they gave me the wrong theme

  WordPress.com don’t have a theme called Blogger. The only themes you can use with the site to which you’ve linked can be found in the theme showcase. If you’ve bought a third-party theme then you may need to ask for a refund as those cannot be used here.
