Wrong theme loaded

I hope someone can help. I’m new to this! I have just purchased ‘Chronicle’ theme but my page looks nothing like it and it says at the bottom it is ‘the twenty twelve’ theme. I am really confused and I can;t find anywhere to email or chat to anyone who could help.
Any ideas?

Is this the site you are working on http://ahernequestrian.wordpress.com/?
If so, did you purchase the theme from your dashboard or from here: http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/search/chronicle/
If not, you may have purchased the self-hosted version of your theme which won’t work on a WordPress.COM site.
You should be able to return it and get the right one.
There are also a couple of other things that could have happened, so if the answer above doesn’t solve your problem, please outline the process you took to buy the theme, and I’ll be happy to help you identify where things went wrong.

Thank you! It seems I hadn’t purchased it as the site doesn’t accept Amex. Paid on a different card so fingers crossed it will work now :)
