Wrong Timezone with Google Calendar

  At this point I’m in a testing phase and before I add a ton of content to the site. I’m using the steps shown http://helensnerdyblog.wordpress.com/2007/11/27/how-to-add-a-google-calendar-to-your-wordpresscom-blog-using-the-rss-widget/ to show my google calendar events in my sidebar.

  My biggest issue is when someone not logged in to a gmail account clicks on the event, it shows up as GMT time, while I’m in EST time. Everywhere I can see the code shows EST time, in feed43 it shows the code it is getting from the feed is EST time, and even mousing over the event shows a EST time. Clicking on it however drives you to a GMT time zone. In the feed, I have the location set as New York, my blog and calendar settings are all on EST time.

  Have any of you run into anything like this? I’m at a loss.
