Wrong URL in My Account\Edit Profile

Hi. The WordPress.com has incorrect url for “My AccountEdit Profile”. It is missing the …/wp/, the WordPress installation directory.
Can anyone please fix it?

(1) At present you have your wordpress.com username liinked to a blog that is not a wordpress.com blog. Do you have a blog free hosted wordpress.com? And is that wordpress.com blog what your question pertains to? If so, then please post the url.
(2) If you have downloaded software from wordpress.org you are in the wrong forum. The correct forum is http://wordpress.org/support

Nope, I don’t have a wordpress.com blog. My blog is at http://dptnt.com. The “edit profile” links to my blog at dptnt.com, but at wrong URL (missing install directory).
I am using the wordpress.com blog stats on my blog so that’s why I am here. The blog stats are provided by wordpress.com, not wordpress.org.

When you are editing your profile, you would have to put in the URL as http://dptnt.com/wp/ if you want the global dashboard to redirect you to the right URL. That is of course assuming you want it to redirect you to http://dptnt.com/wp/wp-admin/ versus http://dptnt.com/wp-admin/
That is the only thing you can do I think.

Well, it seems so but the other menu items “My Dashboards” and “New Posts” have correct paths to the URLs, with the WordPress install directory included. So it seems just the “Edit Profile” link under “My account” is messed up.

Max, that seems like a bug. I never noticed it before, but help out the staff by sending in a feedback on that issue and they can probably fix it for everyone!
