Wrong url main page in google search

A few days ago I migrate the content of an old blog to a new blog.
I saw that in google the blog had still the old description so I go to chenge the meta description with those instructions
http://en.support.wordpress.com/webmaster-tools/But now when I type the name of the blog in google it appears at the first place, butwhen I click it doesn´t open with the main page blog, it opens to a category that it doesn´t exist.
Please help…The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Migrating content does not result in URLs already indexed by search engines changing to new ones and providing seamless redirection between the links. that’s what a site redirect upgrade does. Did you fail to purchase a site redirect upgrade? If your answer is yes then it’s too late now.

well I just migrate a wordpress.com to another. The old information it´s not so important because I linked the old blog to the new one(last editions)But the problem is, when I google the name of the blog,(fieber festival) the blog appear in the search(1st place), but when you click it redirect to a broken link or something like that…

and not to the normal main page….that´s discourage the people…

As I tried to explain above that redirect between the old URLs and the new ones is not going to happen.
