wrong url wordpress adress

  Hello everybody

  I have a big problem for a client site. I did a mistake. I think you cant help me but we never now.

  In Settings, I change the url of wordpress adress and the url of blog adresse without /wordpress.
  But when I reload my page, Its means a 404 error. And I couldn’t log in anymore…

  I tried to contact WordPress. But for now I havent idea how can I fixed it.

  It’s for this site :

  Seems you are looking for help in a wrong place:
  this forum is dedicated to WordPress.com users who have hosted their websites on WordPress.com, while your website is using WordPress.org software and is hosted on OVH SAS as I can see here:

  Thanks for your answer.
  In fact, the old site is created on WordPress.org, but the new one, this failed, is on .com

  And I can contact OVH but I don’t think they cant help me to connect on WordPress..

  Hi @celinemareschal,

  Could you please give us the url of the above mentioned new website, which is on WordPress.com?

  However, it looks like your website can not be hosted on WordPress.com due to reason below, that means we are unable to access your files or wp login to help, we can access only WordPress.com hosted websites.

  As far as I can see, there is no possibility to amend website url for website hosted on WordPress.com, the url amendment windows are greyed out like this:

  WordPress.org self hosted:
  

  So the only solution for you would be accessing your hosting administrator as mentioned above or look for help on WordPress.org community forums here: https://wordpress.org/support/forums
