Wrong video keeps being published… What is the deal?

  This is now the second time that i have gone back into my posts to find that the wrong video has been attached to my posting. When i went in to edit it, it replaced it with the same wrong video. This happened again this morning. Is there any reason for a video that i have already posted on a totally different post has replaced the video that is supposed to be in the one today? All of a sudden there seem to be all of these wordpress posting glitches. What is going on? Up until then, i had had nothing but smooth sailing? Thank you!!

  Please post an active link starting with http:// to a post or page with an example of this.
  Also tell us what the correct youtube video URL that is being replaced with another one is.

  If you use the URL of the video in a playlist this is what happens. Use the URL of the standalone video.
