Wrong web address-had clicked for $13/year .com address and did not get it

  I set up my account on Monday and had clicked the $13/year .com option but after finishing my set up I see that it did not load as such. I need to upgrade that immediately. I’ve been waiting for a response from my reply on Tuesday and haven’t heard anything. It should be momonthegoblog.com

  The only transaction in your history is the Premium plan free trial, so you will not be charged by that previous purchase attempt. I’m sorry it did not go through as you wished.

  The $13 per year option is the Domain Mapping upgrade to be used when you already own a domain name that you registered elsewhere. According to this public search, momonthegoblog.com has not been registered anywhere, so you’ll need to Register the new domain which costs $18/year.
