Wrong Website

    My website is http://www.getdownwithsocks.com Did I start a new one inadvertently? I have a new SSL but can’t get it downloaded so I can get access to my site. Any help would be appreciated

    Correct account: Yes

    Hi there!

    I think there’s some confusion here. There are three different “WordPress” at play here:

    1. The free, open-source WordPress software which powers your website.
    2. WordPress.org which is the open-source project that works on the WordPress software and where you can get the software for free to use on your own hosting provider.
    3. WordPress.com which is a managed hosting provider of the WordPress software and with whom you’re contacting now.

    Your site is hosted at Namecheap, so if you need to update your SSL certificate, you would need to contact them for help applying it to your getdownwithsocks.com site.
