  I was charged for a service I believe I cancelled and have no longer been using. USD299 on 17 February 2017. Thanks for looking into it.

  Unfortunately, you failed to provide any details. Automattic Inc. https://automattic.com/ owns WordPress.com and other products like Akismet and VaultPress, etc. so this could be a charge related to one of them. It’s important to know that each charge is sent to the registered email address for each username account, so if you have more than one username account that could be confusing you. Also, if you have a wordpress.org account and a wordpress.com account that could be confusing you.

  What are the specifics please?

  Which username account and site URL does this relate to?

  There are no charges on the WordPress.com account you are logged in to (charlescyap). Which site was purchase for?

  Thanks so much, Gemma. When I checked my account details there was no mention of any charge too. But my credit card statement mentions WPCHRG (or similar) and the amount looked like it was for a business account. When I had a WordPress blog, it was for the domain name ‘mypotoftea’.
