Wrongful charge please HELP!

  I was charged $99 for an upgrade that I deleted and do not want. I would like to talk to someone about this and about getting the charge refunded.

  Hello there, I can certainly cancel the upgrade renewal and refund your $99. Before I do so, I wanted to let you know that in canceling the entire Premium upgrade, your domain (breakawaycc.org — which is part of the package) will also be canceled. Is that all right with you? If so, I can take care of it asap.

  Otherwise, I’m happy to keep the domain live on your site and refund you the difference between the domain ($18) and the full Premium package.

  Your wish is my command!

  A quick note about getting rid of breakawaycc.org:

  If we cancel your domain, it can take up to several weeks for our domain registrar to release the domain, and we can’t guarantee that your domain will be available to you again once canceled.

  If you want to keep using your domain but you don’t want to use WordPress.com anymore, you don’t have to cancel it. Instead, you can move the domain to another site, using the Domain Administration tool under Store > My Domains in your dashboard.

  However, if you don’t want this domain at all, let me know, and I’ll cancel it asap. I just wanted you to have all the facts before I took an irreversible action!

  Thank you for your quick response. I want to keep breakawaycc.org I just would like a refund for the $99 and cancel any upgrades. I am happy to pay the $18.00 charge for the domain registration.
