Wrongfully billed with not prior notice

I have tried to get in touch with the staff through help@wordpress.com and the “Why was I charged?” form, but no one has responded me at all. I paid $99 for an ungrade in March of this year and for some reason I was charged the same amount again on the 26th of August with no previous notice! The upgrade is set to expire in March of next year, so this doesn’t make any sense. Not only this, but on my billing history there is no mention of this payment and if you look at the upgrade information on my account, it still says that the upgrade is still set to expire. I really need some sort of explanation from WordPress. It is very frustrating to not get any feedback or response and not even have a telephone number to be able to call. I would really appreciate ANY help from anyone at this point. Thanks

However – if you don’t see the charge in Billing History – you need to be logged in as the EXACT account that bought the upgrade to see it in Billing History – is there another account you might have used to buy an upgrade in Sept. of last year?

Hello auxclass! Thank you so much for replying. I only used this ASSADBROTHERS account to do the upgrade. Before this I had another account but I never submitted any sort of payment info nor did I ever do an upgrade.

So sorry for all the confusion! My husband used the same credit card for his account without letting me know, hence the confusion. Thank you all for the help and prompt responses. All the best
