I have been wrongfully charged. My account is showing two 300 dollar charges after submitting a refund for the original 300 dollar charge.

Hi there, that was for the renewal of your Business plan on https://ufofencing.wordpress.com/ since you had enabled auto-renew.
I see that you were able to cancel and refund this on the 19th, and depending on your credit card provider, it can take up to 10 days for the credit to appear on your statement.

I understand that, but now we are showing two 300 dollar charges and no refund.
Wouldn’t I still only show 1 charge and my refund be pending?

Hmm, that is odd, definitely a bug and we’ll look into that.
Officially, per the system that actually processes the transactions, we have one $300 charge and one -$300 refund.
