Our website suddenly crashed. All our subscriptions are in place. Our hosting provider is Automattic, which is internal hosting of WordPress. Have no access to that also. Can anybody help ?WP.com: Yes

One thing that stands out to me as I look at the activity on your site was that the WordFence Security plugin was installed and activated around the same time your site crashed. It’s a long series of lists here, but we’ve identified that specific plugin (toward the bottom of the page) to cause real issues for sites hosted here on WordPress.com. I see it’s been deactivated now, which is great.
An important follow up question we would like your help with: Was there a specific security concern that the existing plugin arrangement wasn’t managing well for you?
