WTF has happened to my site?!?!?!?!

    I don’t know what to do to get my site back and I don’t want to ask in the fucking forums! Your goddam phone number just hangs up, and there is no chat feature. I DO NOT WANT TO ASK THE FUCKING FORUM

    My rude language is directed at WordPress for not having an option to speak directly with them. I clicked on “contact us” and the only option was to post in the forum. I called the 1-877 number. It doesn’t do anything! No option number to select. No option to speak with anyone. It just delivers a useless message and then automatically hangs up. My site is unavailable to me and I have no recourse. No one I can speak with. Thank god I own my domain so it will stay live until I get a squarespace site operational.

    However, part of the issue may be that you’re not the owner of the site and the upgrade is connected to their account.

    I would touch base with the owner of the site to see if they want to purchase the domain subscription or if it’s something you want to go ahead and do.
