WTF have you done to my account

    I log into Woocommerce and it requires me to link to Wordpres.COM and now all my stuff is GONE from WooCommerce. You guys have fucked it up. All of my purchases are gone , my credit card info, gone, and in WP.com I had a site – gone. FIX IT BEFORE I START GETTING REALLY PISSED OFF.

    I need access to my plugins that I have PAID for – NOW!!!!!

    what is the address of your self-hosted site (where you have the WooCommerce store) and what’s the address of your WordPress.com site?

    Just linking a site with your WordPress.com account wouldn’t affect your site’s content. Are you sure you’ve logged into the correct account?

    Also, I understand that this must be frustrating and we’ll be happy to help and clarify further but, for that, we’d need you to please be respectful and comply with the community standards.

    I have numerous sites with WooCommerce running including glenmartech.com, microvisorhood.com, qigongforlonglife.com, and others I can’t think of right now.

    Don’t remember the WP.com sites – they are test only, but there is a client site, but don’t remember.

    I don’t understand how your organization can just randomly decide to merge all of the accounts. Also, is my credit card information safe that was stored on the woocommerece site. Do I need to report a security breach to my credit card company?

    We did not merge any of your accounts and there has not been any breach in security. It appears that you have multiple WooCommerce accounts and/or multiple WordPress.com accounts and the wrong WooCommerce account is connected to the wrong WordPress.com account (I see that you have contacted us from two WordPress.com accounts already – davidepfvp and europacone – one with no self-hosted site connections and the other with two). However, we cannot assist you with this in the WordPress.com forums. You’ll need to contact the WooCommerce team who will have access to your WooCommerce accounts and will be able to pull up your information. You can reach out to them here:

    You have merged your accounts. When you go to WooCommerce.com the login says that it is now merged with Wp.com – “LOG IN WITH WORDPRESS.COM”

    The old “logon” is gone. So your two groups need to sort out what is going on. All I know is that WooCommerce is now part of Wordopress.com and the accounts are merged and messed up.

    For you information, I got an answer from Woocommerce and they are aware that the merger of WordPress and WooCommerce has caused issues. Funny how you guys at WP are unaware that Woo has merged all the accounts into one. You really need to get your communications together.

    Go to the Woo forums and you will see many complaints.
