WTF Why can't I add code to my header?

    I need to add code to my site header. Baically. Like pretty much everyone who runs a webste ever needs to do.

    How do I do this??? I can’t.

    Where is the plugin??? You have to get proper WordPress.

    What is the point of this useless bulldust WordPress.com if you can’t even do anything as basic as claim your own web property with it???

    How could anyone design anything this amateurish and why does nobody care?

    Is your blog a wordpress.com blog or a self hosted blog? If you are using a free wordpress.com blog does the theme you have installed have custom css?
