  The forum you’re posting in now is for the hosting provider, WordPress.com, but your site at creativeexchangelab.com is not hosted with us, so we’re not able to help in this case. The password for your admin account for that site is stored in your site’s database on your hosting provider’s servers, so contacting them directly is your best bet for getting help with this – many hosts offer a way for you to reset this directly via your hosting control panel.
